Membership-Based Earnings Policy
1. Eligibility for Membership-Based Earnings
To begin earning revenue from membership-based content on Quidlr, users must meet the following criteria:
- Exclusive Membership Content: To qualify for earnings, users must mark their content as exclusive membership content, offering unique insights or features that attract paying subscribers.
- Compliance with Guidelines: Users must adhere to all Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
- Verification: Users must provide necessary verification details, including valid bank information for payouts. Quidlr does not store these details in the database for security reasons.
2. Membership-Based Earnings Methods
Users can earn revenue from subscribers who sign up to access their exclusive content:
- Subscription Revenue: Users earn revenue from subscribers who sign up to access their exclusive membership content. Earnings are based on the number of active subscribers and the subscription fee.
- Affiliate Marketing: Users may also generate revenue through affiliate links integrated within their premium content, provided they comply with our outbound link policies.
- Sponsored Content (coming soon): An opportunity for users to feature sponsored content or promotions within their membership offerings, with clear disclosure requirements.
3. Payment Details
- Minimum Threshold: The minimum withdrawal threshold is set at $25.
- Payout Frequency: Payments are processed monthly, provided the user meets the minimum threshold through their membership earnings.
- Payment Methods: Payments are made through secure banking channels as specified by the user during the verification process.
4. Content Requirements
To qualify for membership-based earnings, content must meet the following criteria:
- Originality: Content must be original and created by the user. Plagiarized content will result in disqualification from membership-based earnings and potential account suspension.
- Quality: Content must meet the quality standards set by Quidlr, providing exclusive value to paying subscribers.
- Compliance: Content must comply with all Community Guidelines, including those related to misleading information, sensitive content, and regulated items.
5. Prohibited Content
Content that includes the following will not be eligible for membership-based earnings:
- Misleading or Fraudulent Content: Including false information, scams, or deceptive practices.
- Sensitive or Inappropriate Material: Such as explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or hate speech.
- Violation of Laws: Content promoting illegal activities, including the sale of illegal goods or services.
6. Consequences of Policy Violations
- Warnings and Strikes: Users who violate the policies will receive warnings and may incur strikes. Accumulating three strikes within 60 days will result in the termination of membership-based earnings privileges.
- Content Removal: Content found in violation will be removed from the platform.
- Account Suspension: Repeated or severe violations may lead to account suspension or termination.
- Appeals Process: Users have the right to appeal against any strikes or account terminations by submitting DMCA Counter Notice if they believe there was an error. The Quidlr team will review the appeal and make a final decision.
7. Additional Notes
- Third-Party Services: Users are responsible for the actions of any third-party services they employ for promoting their content. If these services violate our guidelines, the user's account may face penalties.
- Transparency: Users must clearly disclose any paid promotions, sponsorships, or affiliate links within their membership content.
- Updates to Policies: Quidlr reserves the right to update these policies as needed. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and it is their responsibility to stay informed about the latest guidelines.
