5. Account Creation

When creating and maintaining your Quidlr account, you agree to:

Maintain the security of your account credentials and prevent unauthorized access to your account.
Promptly notify Quidlr if you suspect or discover any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Content Ownership

At Quidlr, we respect and uphold your rights as a content creator. When you upload or submit content to our platform, you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. However, by uploading or submitting content on Quidlr, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify (only for technical purposes such as formatting), and display your content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

Quidlr may allow users to interact with your content, such as by commenting or sharing. You understand and agree that Quidlr does not endorse any content submitted by users or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.
Quidlr reserves the right to remove any content from the platform that violates these terms or for any other reason without prior notice.

7. Membership-Based Earnings

At Quidlr, we offer opportunities for users to earn revenue through a membership-based model, where subscribers pay for exclusive access to premium content under specific conditions:

Users must meet Quidlr's minimum requirements, including a specified number of reads, to qualify for membership-based earnings.
Once eligible, users can offer premium content through memberships, enabling subscribers to pay a recurring fee (e.g., monthly) for exclusive access.
Earnings from memberships will be processed once the user's total revenue reaches the minimum payout threshold specified by Quidlr.
Users are required to provide accurate and valid bank account details for receiving payments; Quidlr does not store sensitive financial information directly in its database.
Quidlr may deduct a service fee or commission from membership earnings as compensation for facilitating the platform.
Users are responsible for any applicable taxes on earnings generated through the membership-based model on Quidlr.
Quidlr reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's membership earning privileges if they violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Any changes to membership policies or payment terms will be communicated to users via the platform.
Disputes related to membership payments or earnings will be handled according to Quidlr's dispute resolution procedures.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding membership-based earnings and payments.

9. Prohibited User Actions

To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users, Users must not engage in the following actions:

Engaging in any activity that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Uploading, sharing, or distributing content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights of others.
Posting or sharing content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Attempting to access or use another user's account without authorization, or any attempt to breach the security of the platform.

Sending unsolicited messages or spamming other users, including through comments, messages, or other means of communication on Quidlr.
Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the platform, including distributing viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
Impersonating another person, entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
Using Quidlr for commercial purposes without prior authorization from Quidlr.
Harassing, bullying, or intimidating other users, including through comments, messages, or other interactions on Quidlr.
Posting content that promotes violence or threats against individuals or groups.
Promoting or engaging in any illegal activities or encouraging others to do so.
Attempting to manipulate or abuse Quidlr's systems, including through automated means or bots.
Creating multiple fake accounts to manipulate or deceive the platform or other users.
Misusing any Quidlr feature or exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform.
Artificially inflating your reads, followers, or any other metrics on Quidlr.
Sharing links to malware, phishing sites, or any other harmful content.
Using automated systems or software to interact with Quidlr.

10. Termination of Accounts

Quidlr reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
Reasons for Termination: Your account may be terminated if you violate any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to comply with legal requirements.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms will immediately cease, and you must immediately cease all use of the platform.
Data Retention: Quidlr may retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect its rights.

Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein,
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website,
